This activity was started to help give everyone more exposure. Basically, the author of this week's fiction picks the featured fiction for next week. However, I quickly discovered that getting people to send in their picks on time is extremely difficult. Couple that with the issues we were having on Tokyopop, and you have a recipe for disaster. Fortunately, I've gotten it down to a science by now (and our forums work so much beter than Tokyopop), so I rarely get late submissions.

I only found one place where you would like to make a correction. That is (and our forums work so much beter [better] than Tokyopop).
Other than that this part is very informative. I like that you included not only your successes but also your failures.
