This section was fun and informative to read. I"m glad to know you put your Grammar Nazi tendencies to good use, but obviously encouraging people's creativity requires much more -- so you might say even more, beyond the herding cats, about how you do that! I'm curious, too, about the extent to which editing others' stories has shaped your own...
As mentioned, I LOVE the cute little animation video -- including all the witty text that accompanies the animation. I'm impressed, but not surprised, that you do such a thorough job of editing on such a large scale. Got sleep? Makes me wish you had taken an earlier version of this Honors Seminar wherein we learned all about Lake Tahoe from my own manuscript. I'm sure the grammar nazi would have had a field day with that project!
